You know sometimes I worry about blogging in detail, because it seems like I am always letting everyone know about me such that I become so not mysterious...and no one bothers to be concern about my existence. No one bothers to find out what I am doing, because I always somehow tell alot of stuff about myself, sharing everything I know. Well,not like anyone was interested about how my life actually. I guess I am continue blogging. If I want to act mysterious, I guess posting all these posts a year late already shows how mysterious I am.
Now lets move on to ...food!
Some shop at the basement of Raffles exchange. Everytime we walk past they will try to promote to us. So we finally decided to try out their food. It was not bad! but kinda expensive for a poor intern like us. #nomoneynohealthyfood

Settling our dinner at the scissors cut curry rice stall, and I rmbed sharing with Geok. Why? What happen to my appetite????? I can still rmb clearly how they held the scissors, kiap kiap kiap loudly with much rhythm before they cut up the food.

For those who knows abit about Kvariety, Kpop, this burger above, is made by ME, but I followed Daesung's recipe from Late Night Cafeteria ( where the invited guests show off their secret quick fix recipes at an affordable cost and noobie cooking skill level)
The name of the burger is called Honey Butter Mcnight!.Ask me if you want to know how to get the buns ( they aint no usual buns, this is buns with black sugar inside it, see below for prove)
So we have (from bottom to top) Hotteok bun, a layer of honey, Egg, Layer of cheese, Hotteok bun.
I brought it to the office to show it off to my fellow interns HAHAHAH.
This day is my reunion with the 2D girls excluding MIA Siao fun, but I didnt take a gropu photo of my phone so only my face ends up here! I was surprised that we could actually spend so much time in this ridiculous Candy shop! It was a great catchup, and I was feeling kind of sad and amazed that so much has changed all these years, yet at the same time, u guys still remained the same :')

Say Hi to my piglet! The guardian of my clips and rubberbands. I finally realised how dirty it was and gave it a good scrub. I think its kinda cute but sadist to hang the piglet like this though.
Look at my insane selection of food. Bet no one dares to eat beetroot like me unless you are well trained to eat beetroot pasta at home like mui. I love broccoli so yay.

DORH!!!!! this is samurice's onigiri. I should have scrolled down to get a clue so that I dun have to think that hard. AND YES. I love this onigiri esp the one on the left which is the kimchi pork onigiri, aything that is kimchi pork will be good. Yes. Even the Kimchi pork ramen from Ajisen. But it is kind of expensive as a snack though. #nomoneynonicesnack

Oh. Forgot about this. I have to explain the story behind this photo. Apparently, I went to google to see what exotic events that will be happening for SG50. And I came across this treasurehunting event, where the organizers will hide coins around some places, and they will publish some clues on FB. So apparently, the clue was sth about Samsui, which was how I found my way here, tgt with my family. I had to try to find a coin but I couldnt, but the closest thing that looks like a coin is this so i took a photo of it and with the samsui statue. But turns out that I got the event wrong. This was a special giveaway that didnt require me to find any coin.

THIS! is one of the nicest non spicy ramen that I like to recommend. Brothers ramen located at International Plaza ( Tanjong Pagar MRT exit G IIRC) It was opened by these two singapore brothers and they self learn ramen making skills or sth. I love the soup. I love the soup. Did i mention that I love the soup?
Oh. Got backstory to why I got treated to this free lunch. First thing you need to know that our company that I was interning at, was about to move office, two streets down. So the HR ppl got me and another person to go down to the new office ( ironically the new place looks older than the current office) to count the number of usable chairs that was left by the previous tenant.
So we did. Went down. But I regretted wearing my white dress that day. Little did i know,that that place looks like as if there was a earthquake in Singapore, and I had to test on 60 plus chairs that looks like it has gone past its depreciation life, by sitting down on every chair and test whether its rocky, or the elevating function still works. We had to grab newspaper on the floor, to use it as a butt shield to prevent sitting directly on the layer of dust on the chair.
It was an eye opening experience. *gonna write down that I qualitychecked 60 plus chairs on my resume*
What the hell is this? I cannot figure out. Issit my mum eggtoufubeancurd dessert?? LOL if it is then lemme tell u that dun judge a dessert by its surface. Its yummy. And a good way to get rid the whole carton of milk if its going to expire soon and no way u can dump them down through ur esophagus.
This is Brothers Ramen again. U see, I came back after a few days. This time round I tried the spicy version but the amazing soup taste was killed off by the spiciness. So just get the original flavour yea?

Went to had lunch with Klinsen at the Hong Lim Food Centre and I got lost.......really...i started off waiting at the wrong busstop and couldnt figure out the google map well enough. But eventually I did reach the place in one piece. Some delicious Char Kway Teow that is worth the wait. :)
Since its nearing the end of my internship at this area, ( i still have two more weeks of interning at the new office place) I took some shots around the office building....I really like this street. Quite nice. There are some couples that took their wedding shot at this street. Maybe they got to know each other somehow while crossing the roads.
