Im back again. This means that I have ended my finals. Finally.
Time to clear my backlog. Say hi to this lame reptile who is lingering outside the BE studio. It has the Kua sim kua expression.
The semester that I finally joined CTV and dedicated all my thursday night away. I am almost always late for trainings?! But it never started on time anyway. Need to wait for this mui queen to arrive then can start the training. #justkidding. #notsoduapai
OH LOOK AT THE MASK that our school gave to us. 2 masks each. But it is quite underutilised. Because it is too big for my face? I mean im glad to know that I actually have a small face?! but it doesnt help when you really want to wear the free masks. I can cover my some of my neck with it.....

Days when it is finally raining and you get to sit on the bus, enjoying the rainy mood. But my camera can't capture the rainy mood that I really like. But here is a picture to really note how I felt so overwhelmed with inner peace mode that I really want to take a picture to remember.
Korean class lessons! This is the only photos I have for my korean class and this lesson, our teacher brought her own wedding hanbok that was customized for herself and her husband. Two volunteers get to put on the hanbok! I didnt because I paiseh. But I love the colors and design of hanboks. REALLY LOVE THEM. Especially after I watched Hwangjinyi and Jangbori is here. The colors of hanbok are always so natural and harmonious . Look at the box on the table. The hanbok machiam origami....can fold neatly and kept in the box and wrapped with cloth.
Was passing by Funan's Stationery shop and saw some DIY gardening kit. Kind of cute. I think i would want to grow some tomatoes but Singapore can grow these meh? According to fengshui my house not suitable to grow indoor plants but then I guess I will get some of these when I becomce office lady and has my own fixed desk to contain all my wishlist items. Yes including some tomatoes.
SOI55 opened at Cathay with a beautiful shopfront but the prices not beautiful at all. It is much more expensive than that in Golden Shoe but I still bought one bottle because I have post withdrawal symptoms from internship days.
This must be the week that omma went overseas. Because we went to orchard central and had a buffet. OOPS. SHHHHHHHH. This was the ice cream that my dad made from the machine and it is kind of funny. LOL. He has more skills. Mine looks so terrible that I didn't take a photo.
My dad introduced us to this shop called Tokyu Hands. Which he visited when he was in Japan. He knew I love this kind of shop, maybe cause I inherited the preference from him. This shop really sells all kind of weird stuff at exorbitant prices. These fake sushi keychain costs a bomb. So much that I complained to alot of ppl on Telegram but I can't rmb the prices right now.
Im going to have a wall of colored markers like this when I have $$ to get my own house. I will totally have a room dedicated to look like a stationery shop and I get to pick from a wall of colored markers. Yes. For what i dunno. But yes.
I bet no know saw this before. I stood around this shelf for 10 mins plus, wondering which genius came up with this. This. Is a tooth polish. Something like nailpolish? But you put it on your teeth so that it looks whiter. Kind of weird to think of really putting it on your teeth but if someone really has yellow teeth and maybe you have an interview and you want to look good immediately, This is for you.
Baked beans overload. I hope I didnt fart too much. This is not very pretty but this is one of the rare times I bother to make a more complicated breakfast.
CNBC STUDIO TOUR!!!!! Was really excited for this tour because I really wanted to have an internship over here, but my current exchange plans ruined it all.
Anyway, it was nice that there were a few people I know who signed up for the tour randomly as well...Elisa and Royce. Not bad. I must have attended too many of their events that the person actually knew who appeared for their events before? I am actually interested in their video production internship roles rather than finance related roles.

The place is quite small actually, there isn't much staff around. All the rest of the people controlling the content is actually listening to us ALL THE WAY AT ANOTHER BUILDING. Which is like two streets away. So we were quite amazed when the screens of the powerpoint were changing but no one was actually mending any equipment? Its kind of cool to know that the bulk of the people were all monitoring us from somewhere else.
Then I looked around and talk to this guy and he gave a sneak peek to where the presenters do their makeup and stuff. Quite small. Lots of shoes. He also gave us a rough history of his job routine. And he get to banggang around 2-3pm?! NICE. but need wake up like 4-5am.

And then its time of our annual BE BASH event. I am quite proud of this Bash because it was really quite well done I would say. It was alot more fun and quite entertaining with enough content. As usual I helped out with a teeny bit of decorations. Me and Sophie did up (Sophie did most of it , i assist nia) the spiderwebs because its HALLOWEEN YO.
Some stage games which involve carving the watermelon but the real task was actually to finish the watermelon that you dug out.
I specially went to Daiso to pick something to wear for this event. Golden Horns. But ended up getting nicknames like Horny girl and NiuMoWang.

Geokmin and I signed up for an Entrepreneur's talk! This is my second time attending this and I really enjoy it. Looking at passionate people, pitching their ideas, observing how the audience pose really genuine questions ( not like some class part) and observe how they answer their questions. This is some REAL STUFF happening yo. Not just some random class presentations. The audience are not from SMU. I took a sneak peek at the attendance list. These people are external people from different companies. I guess they are looking at potential investment opportunities.

The earpiece that was given to me by Kangbra and Irene? It finally gave up on me after so long. So me being a Mifan, I bought this Xiaomi Earpiece which is really good.
I actually took ten plus photos just on this earpiece. I was quite amazed by the packaging. Chio right?
Our school's koufu had this new vegetarian stall which turns out to be from my vegetarian restaurant Yue Yi Xuan. So it is a must to try out their signature pocket salad but to my dismay, it wasn't as nice as it used to be. :(

With some voucher that I had, i bought some markers to entertain myself and started drawing things on my table. I DRAW NOT BAD RIGHT.
This is not china. I went to my grandma house. But the environment here looks like some part of china and there is the temple. This place is quite peaceful. Everytime I do my courier duties to pass food to my grandma, I really wonder whether if I am in China.

So they serve you some damn nice salad before your main.
While you wait for your food u can walk and shop...but the things here really too expensive. But its pleasing to my eye. Lots of hipster brands and goods....the bags are in 3 digits. #imbroke

This is my food. Miso shabu shabu.....abit different from what i expected. The food is not bad but you could have gotten 3 packs of caifan with this price.
Bingsu at a new place opposite Bugis. Called NunSongyi. KR say here really furbish until like a legit korean bingsu shop so he is having high expectations.
The decoration here really looks damn nice. Very suitable for some korean MV setting.
And this is the strawberry bingsu that I really regretted. It looks pretty but its so sour omg. Never try strawberry unless you are in korea.

Me and my sis went to eat bingsu again. OMG NOW I KNOW WHY I GAIN SO MUCH WEIGHT SUDDENLY. I HAVE BEEN EATING THROUGHOUT 2015.
So I am smarter this time and I chose a flavour that won't go wrong. Mango Cheesecake.
And then there was some Pororo event? I actually watched a few episodes of Pororo before and this is my favourite character cos she is so cute? Wanted to watch pororo to learn some korean but their high pitch pronunciation really....i cannot figure out anything much.

One day while i was just talking about Pantone to my dad, he was like...Oh I have this collection. Then he showed me this notebook he had where he kept all this color strips?????
OMG.
THe whole thing cost around 100 plus dollars even until now. He said these color strips were for him to test the color of the products made in his company. The color must be benchmarked against certain standards and they must meet the right shade. He also had some metallic pieces as well.
I was just quite impressed and fascinated that I started taking photos and he was like ._.

I seldom drink coffee so when i do, must hip xiong.
Unearthed my mum's guitar and tuned it. Im glad I knew how to tune instruments. It sounded really terrible before that. But I dunno how to play guitar. Just act yi ge only. But since I have one, might as well self learn right? I spend like a few hours following a youtube tutorial that day. Haiz but my fingers really very short leh.
Went to YMCA for lunch with Klin and Charis. Really quite random but an interesting experience.
The food was not bad the entire experience was unforgettable. Like how the staff asked Charis ( just charis, not to us) to wash her hands before she eat?!!??!
And how I took with some difficulty to ask if there is rice in my meal?
And how when we went to pay, the staff told us (instead of the specific price of what we ordered separately) Your one is the cheapest. Your one is more expensive than her one. Your one is the most expensive.

One fine day, I am left with rice and mushroom in teh fridge so I cooked this for myself. This is the only thing I can come up with my limited cooking skills. But I will survive with this level of skill in Poland. Spicy mushrooms....damn nice.

Oh i rmb. This day i bought a cheap umbrella and that umbrella really damn fail. Whenever it opens it will be inverted, I have to pull each arm down to make it into a normal umbrella shape. Since the rain was too heavy, we went in a dessert shop to eat some durian snow ice.
December 6. I remember clearly cos I remember reading the newspaper and came across this event. I decided to go for it immediately after checking the calendar. Its a Hanbok Fashion Show! Put up by Korea Tourism Organiation I think, to celebrate the friendly ties South Korea and Singapore.
What I didnt expect was that there was a performance before the hanbok show and they sang a few songs, and the only song I recognized was the OST from You Who Came From The Stars.
The issue though was that the sound crew must be really deaf or hard of hearing. Everyone was dying to protect their eardrums because the volume was simply too loud. In the end I plug in my earpiece so that my hands are still free to take pictures instead of covering up my ears.
Really proud of myself to attend this event solo. Because no one else were free to accompany me. And I drained my battery from too much video taking and photo taking so I shamelessly charge my phone in the corridor.
After charging then I got some more battery to take more photos LOL. With the posters.
Bought this recommended tea from the event which the korean staff promoted to me. This is Darjeeling Tea and it was really damn nice! I dun mind buying it again even though one box like this is almost 7 dollars. Only....6 packets inside?

So this was the event that I had to work for. But no this is not done by me. Apparently this lady who brought her kids to the event, her daughter wants me to do a henna for her but her mum ask if she can draw it for her daughter instead. But her daughter strongly refused, she think I more Pro. In the end when her mum draw for other kids in the queue, her daughter was convinced that her mum is more zai. LOL. LOOK AT THIS INSANE LEVEL. She draw this much faster than I can draw a normal flower.
Me and Jane, the Henna Artists for the day. HAHA. My hand totally cramped after 3 hours of henna drawing non stop.
I can just eat this and be satisfied. Once again, I am convinced that I will survive in Poland with limited cooking skills.
Was talking to Regine that day and she said that most signs on the road are made by 3M. So I paid extra attention....noticed the 3M logo?
The mural on the wall of the underpass to my grandma house. I have been looking at this mural since I grew up. Just find it kind of cool cause not every where in Singapore you get to see this.
Me and Charmander met up to visit Gardens by the Bay's Christmas wonderland!!! But before that we came across this free exhibition instead , called the Future of Us. Since its free, why not take a look right? I was impressed.
The exhibition was just chio. Wonder when Singapore really become like this? By then I will be an old grandma already right?
We went for ice skating after that but it was too early therefore the lights weren't up yet. Even the stores weren't really open until we ended our skating.

Turns out that my work area is like a condo for artas people. Machiam hotel.

Oh I remember liao. today is the day where we going to watch a HOTS competition live at Chinatown. HOTS is Heroes of the Storm. Some game similar to DOTA. Im like the only girl in the whole groupchat.....what an achievement.
The guy above is the caster. But i think he looks like JJ. Not JJ lin but our senior who happens to have a similar name. And this is how I drag brotoh along and now his level in HOTS is higher than me by dunno what margin.

I was crazying over this chinese drama called Nirvana in Fire. Lang Ya Bang. And soon after it was mentioned on the newspaper column. I am really quite keeping up with trends eh? Eh no. I am the trend setter.
Was hunting for Uniqlo shoes but its a pity they don't sell it. WHY!!!!!!!! I will totally buy it!
Last day of the year. I revisited the Xmas Wonderland to witness the lights decoration with my dad.
Wanted to add all these into my video but it doesnt really flow. Oh well. But its a beautiful ending to 2015.
AND WITH THIS I FINALLY ENDED 2015. THANKEW FOR TOLERATING MY ULTRA LONG POST. Today is like April 19th 2016. Its kind of a good recollection exercise for my brain after going through all these pictures. Semester 2 of my third year has finally ended. I wonder how exciting will my life be in 2016. This year it is going to be full of travelling and I am still thinking which website I should post my travel blogs on. Or should I even do a travel blog? Not too sure yet.
I just read an article about this woman who lived in the present, in a sense that she doesnt have memories of herself in the past nor can she imagine scenarios in her brain. Its not like she wake up everyday and forget who she is. She does rmb but she cant picture what she had done the day before or years before. She doesn't like to take pictures since unless us, she cannot remember what she did during the photo was taken. The photos doesnt mean much to her except for her to view her life in a third person point of view. After reading the article, I was wondering, what is the purpose of me blogging? Somehow I feel like after I force myself to blog through all these, I might not remember them properly. Its like as if I have park my memories in here to clear space in my own brain. But the thing is, if I didnt write this post now, will I remember in the future? Wouldnt it be better to be able to read the posts I wrote and reminisce?
