This marks the end of my fin sec term and Im thankful that these two girls are willing to sacrifice and take up the position HAAHAH. Now its their turn to look for more sacrificial lambs. It felt so long ever since I had stepped down. Time flies...
I really dunno why sometimes my phone selfie mode will do a mirror flip and some photos dont. But anyway this is like the second bdae party that I attended in 2015. Nice decorations and great food. Ermygawd. Sophie's relatives really can cook. I rmb I feasted on the prawns. But I was so paiseh to eat all by myself so I kindly offered to help people to peel prawns. So you can imagine a very pretty girl in a purple dress, by herself, peeling prawns. ._.
Oh yes, Sophie gave different groups of people different dress code color. You know I don't really attend parties. No social life. But now I realised 21st is such a tedious thing to plan and prepare. Still need to think of so many things and have to entertain different cliques of friends. Heng I made the decision not to have any party. Even I do, the party will be serving vegetarian food . BET NO ONE WANTS TO COME LOL.
It is our semester photo shoot again. If you are observant enough maybe you can tell that there is a common theme in the dress code.
Usually Song will be the photographer but when its the guys' group shot, Zhilin will take over.

MUI MADE IT. My mum wanted me to settle my own lunch and you guys know there isnt any meat in mui house so I decided to make bibimbap and miso soup. THIS IS SO GOOD. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. And yes I have kimchi at home but I ran out of the chilli paste.
Its the holidays so I will do spring cleaning once in a while. Spring cleaning definition means = throw out everything in the cupboard, find what I can throw away, then throw everything back in the cupboard messily. THEN I FOUND THIS PHOTO. MEMORIES WITH SH! Now that I look back, I really cannot imagine how I attended all those practices, FORGOT HOW TO PLAY THE YANGQIN.
Running errands to my grandma house and opposite the road there is this very rare sight that you don't really get to see it often in our neighbourhoods anymore. I think they were performing?? Or was it a rehearsal? But there is only one audience. which is ME. HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIDE.

Girls outing with the cheapskate girls @Central and we decide to get some ice cream first to wake our stomachs. I love this hokkaido ice cream. If I rmb correctly the flavours are Earl Grey and....Pistachio....and Hazel nut.. ( there is a hidden scoop right below )
Some ramen shop at Liang Court and I insist on a peeling egg competition. This is me judging geok at her not very fantastic peel egg skill. #cosImoreauntie

PLATYPUS LUNCHBOX. this costs around 7 dollars but the portion was amazingly good. But that was the last time I get to enjoy this fantastic portion and price. Some weeks later when we went back they actually increased the price of the food and decreased the food portion by such a ridiculous percentage that we swore that we wont go back again. HMPH!!!!

This is some expensive salad that can allow you to choose soba and add chicken and this is 11 plus dollars. BU CUO CHI. but burn money.I realised I make really bad food choices. Not worth it.
During this period our family fell in love with Pizza Hut at Harbourfront because they offer vegetarian options that wont discriminate my mum and we can eat our chicken while she eat her veggies.
Lunch from Mei Hwa food Court and I LOVE THIS CURRY CHICKEN NOODLES SO MUCH!!!! I CAN EAT THIS EVERY WEEK! THEIR CHILLI IS DAMN GOOD. And the uncle likes to give me chicken breast meat which is better because the other chicken portions like no meat. This one really HAO CHI. I crave for it jigeum.
Near the Ocean financial centre there is this Taiwanese food store that sells bento. Not too bad....But not filling for that price and portion.
If you ever eat Nihon Mura I will recommend you to try their ice cream. It is packed to the max. Machiam someone tried to squeeze 2 scoops of ice cream into this tiny container. The chocolate one is my fave , followed by Yuzu followed by Matcha and last grape.

The Raffles Exchange mall has this korean restaurant called Running Man restaurant so i jioed KR and Dino to eat it with me. Its quite nice i think but KR keeps complaining that its not as nice as those he ate in korea. Someone pls kick him back to korea can?

Errrrrrr.....Evelyn recommended us to go this place called S city cafe at the top floor of Arcade but everyone is not impressed. I am not impressed by the portion. PORTION IS IMPT OKAY. I VALUE PORTION MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE....LAONIANG CHI BU BAO WILL ANGRY DER.

First time encountered FIRE DRILL during internship. And WTH we were at 14th floor so we had to climb down.....then I was telling my frenz what if Taipei 101 have firedrill????? climb stairs down from 101th floor??
You can tell that we have no sense of urgency because everyone else reached earlier than us.
And I still got the mood to go around to take photos machiam I am attending some selfie event.
Sharp eyed Mui decided to go closer to the fire truck to prove that there is a fire drill exercise in this historical moment.
After the exercise, we get to go for a short break and got myself this black soy bean drink that is quite tiny. You can see that my eye bump has arrived.

CNBC Movie screening of Jurassic World with the BE peeps ! I xinxinkuku got myself the chance to come here after they tell me that the slots were filled. The organizers told me to try to enter their instagram competition to win tickets and SO I DID. I WON. 2 tickets. Dino was too busy to star in the movie so in the end I invited Regine along.

Even though its internship period but we miss the school alot so we decided to add some spice to our summer hols by volunteering for a citibank event to promote financial literacy. And shunbian get some free lunch.
We got assigned to be at the coupon booth where we met all kinds of people. Alot of aunties tried to requeue and pretend that they first time come here but hello, we have your NRIC records to prove that you came before and I don't have dementia. But we shall not expose you because we appreciate your efforts in promoting our event to your friends. Just....dun have to spend effort to act with us le. We understand. :)

this is like one of the rare days that random vendors come down to sell snacks and I was like damn happy because it reminded me of the days when I was in MOEHQ and they always have different vendors to sell random stuff every single day. It brings surprises to your mundane daily work life.

So in the end this is my loot of the day. I fell in love with maple flavour stuff ever since my mum brought home this maple flavour yoghurt. Since I have #nochildhood, i don't get to eat mcdonald hotcakes often...I dun really get exposed to maple flavoured stuff so.....aiya moral of story is, i like maple flavoured stuff. AND I LIKE CASHEW. STOP SAYING I LOOK LIKE A PEANUT! CALL ME CASHEW INSTEAD.
I can't rmb was it Shawn or Yiru who bought this but this is like....龙须糖 Dragon Beard Candy. I have never tried it before and it is quite nice. I was like if next time I were to open some dessert cafe, I must have this in my menu. 不可以让这个味道消失啊！！
Lunch at a new Anbang yongtaofoo place. Tip: Must visit before 12pm because the queue will be damn freaking long. Right on the dot. Its like as if 100 Hungry Cinderallas come and report to the stall when the clock strikes 12.
Another E&B event that I did in Summer. this is....ACF CAMP , and it is my first time supporting this event. I like how everyone looks as if they are in a club but their hands all holding mineral water bottles. The most memorable thing I remembered was that the aircon probably went off , or was it because there was too many people. Im like perspiring as if my head grew a sprinkler. Nevertheless it was quite a fun event.
